STEP TWO: Register To Bid
Registering the day of the auction should be quick and
painless. Don't be alarmed, however, because Scott
Heise wants all the bidders to participate. At
registration, our staff will efficiently process your
registration. Registration requirements are:
- You MUST be 18 years old to
register for a Bidding Number
- It is required that you
provide a Valid Driver's License or Proper Picture
Identification for Identification Purposes
- Your Social Security Number
will not be fully recorded if that is the same as your DL
number
- If your address is not current
on your driver's license, please inform the Clerk--they
will probably ask you but just in case, let them know
- You will then receive your
bidding number card
Your
bidder number identifies you as an eligible bidder. At
registration, you may ask for the sequence of property
sales. At this point, sit back and relax until
announcements and the start of the
